The Eastern Chapter of The American Jeepster Club would like to invite you all to

Jeepster Jam ’06

to be held in Mountain City, TN June 29th thru July 1, 2006.

We visited this little mountain town at Jam ’03 for our trail ride. Many of our members still travel to the area for four wheel drive fun but that is not all that it has to offer. Scenic views at every corner, nice little shops in the heart of the town and great country living all around.

Our headquarters this year will be the Callalantee ATV trails and campground We have reserved a large camping and meeting area for our group only and we have free camping for those who don’t mind “roughing it”. There are more campsites at the park with more facilities and also a few cabins are available. There is also another camp area that is a bit more refined with full hookups right down the road from Callallantee. Out official motel this year is the Mountain Empire Motel in Mountain City. Rooms are basic but so are the costs at around $50.00 per night.

As always Thursday is arrival day with a pot luck dinner at HQ that night. Friday is the day for trail rides and we will accommodate novice to hardcore riders so be ready to strap it on! For those that wish to travel a different road, Mountain City has some very cool little shops that you can spend all day browsing and our own BigAL Sipe has offered to lead a few rounds of golf at the Roan Valley Golf Resort http://www.roanvalleygolf.com/tour.htm

Speaking of BigAl and Debby Sipe, they are our official hosts for the ’06 Jam and have done the legwork to make this an event to remember! Thanks Al and Debby! We’ve got a great scenic ride and lunch planned for Saturday morning, a wonderful tech class to give us all some great tips on all phases of body work and painting, awards and honors, dinner, and the always exciting raffle. We have some great prizes already lined up and more are promised and arriving every day.
